Hubert sold me his 6-string Marleaux Consat MBass, which sounds fantastic. Both of our instruments were built together in 2016, and this is my first song idea with the new bass. The story goes back to a memorable 2018 visit, when I tried a chord-melody idea on Hubert’s MBass in his cozy living room—an inspiring moment shaped by music, atmosphere, and friendship. The video was recorded spontaneously by Hubert.
